Circa 1870 reconstruction. Two and a half storeys coursed and squared rubble with
ashlar quoins and dressings. Moulded cast iron eaves gutter, tiled roof and end
chimneys. Two gabled dormers with arched casements. Four sash windows on first floor
with segmental tympanum and linked by a label string. C20 shop front on ground floor
inserted into earlier arrangement. Panelled door with overlight to house entrance on
left hand side. Interior: contemporary stair with heavy baluster.
