Per pale or and azure two chevronels engrailed between three cinquefoils counterchanged, a crescent for difference (Woodhouse) impaling Argent a bull passant gules a bordure sable bezanty (Cole). For William Hervey Woodhouse. The all black background implies his wife Sarah Ellen was already deceased when he died in 1859. (Photo Apr 2014).
