Farmhouse, dated 1748 on porch, now house. Coursed sandstone rubble with quoins (parts whitewashed), roof of stone slates at front, slate at rear, with gable chimneys and a ridge chimney. Double depth 2-bay plan. Two storeys; offset slightly right of centre a prominent 2-storey gabled porch which has a doorway with large rectangular lintel, a small datestone lettered H I D 1748, and a round-headed light at 1st floor; to the left a horizontal rectangular window on each floor, all now casements but probably originally mullioned. Return walls both have one window at ground floor, rear has plain doorway in centre and various windows all now top-hung casements but some until recently mullioned.
