House including forecourt walls. C17, remodelled in the C18. Killas and granite
rubble walls. C17 ogee-moulded hardwood lintels over the ground floor openings. Dry
slate roof adjoining taller gable end on the left, hipped end on the right. C18
wooden modillioned eaves cornice at the front.
Plan: L-shaped plan with 2 rooms at the front flanking a central entrance hall
leading probably to stair wing which is parallel to a service wing at right angles
behind the right-hand side.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Originally probably a symmetrical 5-window front. Probably in
the C18 3 first floor windows blocked and new window opening made on the right.
Ground floor openings unaltered since the C18. Central doorway with 6-panel door,
wooden porch with panelled reveals and triangular pediment over consoles. Circa late
C19 or C20 4-pane horned sashes.
Interior: Not inspected.
