One of the earliest works of Sir Edwin Lutyens. Dated 1895 over the doorway. Built in Late C17 style. 2 storeys. 5 Windows. Red brickl. Stringcourse. Eaves cornice. Slate roof. Casement windows of 4-sections with small square leaded panes. Doorway with pilasters and pediment. See Country Life, 24 August 1961 for reproduction of drawing of front elevation.
