Milestone. Probably circa 1864. Painted dressed granite monolith. Triangular-on-plan shaft over a rectangular-on-plan base. Two rectangular sides of the shaft face the road obliquely and rise from large pyramid stops. Each of these sides has incised lettering and Arabic numerals. Pyramidal head. Left-hand side inscription: PENZANCE / 7 / LANDS END / 17. Right-hand side inscription: HELSTON / 6 / FALMOUTH / 18.

The asset was previously listed twice also under the parish of Germoe at List entry 1142193. This entry was removed from the List on 17 November 2017.
