SW 93 NW VERYAN SUNNY CORNER

House, formerly small house with flanking cottages. Probably early C18, added to
later C18. Painted stone rubble and cob walls, asbestos slate roof (probably
originally thatched) with rendered brick stacks over gable ends and lateral stack to
rear. Central, earliest part is 2 room plan with rear stair projection and front
porch. Each cottage is one room plan with side entry. 2 storeys. 2 window front to
central house and one window front to each cottage. House has central C20 top glazed
door. Porch has wide shelf or seat within to right and stone pier to left and lean-to
slate roof. Windows are C20, 12-pane 2-light casements. C20 top glazed doors to
right of left cottage and to left of right cottage. Wooden lintels. Interior has
open beam ceilings. Roof structure not inspected.
