House, originally 2 houses with adjoining cottage. House C17. Cottage C19.
Slatestone rubble and cob walls and scantle slate roofs with gable ends. Enormous
tapered stone external stack to left-hand gable and brick chimneys to cottage.
Single depth, 4 room plan to house and 1 room plan to cottage. 2 storeys. House has
irregular 4 window east front.
Doorway of house in second from left ground floor opening and cottage, right has
doorway to left. Both with gable ended porches with 12-pane, 2-light casements to
front. Shaped barge boards and side entrances. Except for 16-pane sash to right of
porch house has early C19 12 or 16-pane 2-light casements. Second from right window
is in former door position. Cottage has 12-pane sashes. Small single storey brick
gable ended building adjoins to far left. House has timber lintel.
