Two cottages, now single house. Early C19 with various C20 alterations. Coursed
squared limestone with gritstone quoins and painted dressings. Stone slate roof with
brick gable end stack to east and stone coped gable to east with moulded kneelers.
Two storeys, two bays. Slightly off-centre flush doorcase with C20 glazed door. To
either side, tall 2-light flush mullion windows with C20 glazing bar casements and
fixed lights. To far west a blocked doorcase. Above two similar window with
plain sashes . Attached to front at east side, iron railings with pointed finials
on low stone wall, curving round the front of house to dressed gatepiers with rounded
tops. Gate in similar style to railings.
