C1840-50 offices and works on corner site with Warstone Parade. Three storeys
red brick. Office/house to Warstone Lane with works range to rear along
Warstone Parade. Bowed corner. Dentil eaves cornice to front and corner.
Low slate roof. Two windows, altered, but with stucco flat arches and block
sills. Round headed doorway recessed for one order. Shopping range to
return has sill bands and iron glazing bar segmental arched windows.
