C17 origin altered early Cl9. 2 storey cottages under common, steep pitch
gable end old tile roof. No 1, formerly rendered, now in process of restauration
and timber frame with brick infilling exposed. Nos 3 and 5 no doubt also
timber framed but recased in red brick. No 1 has 2 windows to both floors,
sliding sashes, small panes. Central modern "Gothic" door. Nos 3 and 5 2
windows, renewed casements, cambered arches. Modernised doors each end of
front with small hoods.
Nos 1 to 15 (odd) form a group.
