School. 1843 altered c1890. Red brick with ashlar dressings. Slate roof with
ashlar coped gables with moulded kneelers. Chamfered ashlar plinth. Ashlar quoins.
Single storey. 3 bay, east front has slightly projecting gabled central bay, with
a single 3-light cross mullion window in a chamfered ashlar surround with a drip-
mould over. Above an ashlar coat-of-arms, the gable is surmounted by an ashlar
gabled bellcote, with a pointed, chamfered arched bell opening. Either side a
single similar 3-light cross mullion window. To the north a set back rebuilt gabled
porch. The south front windows and door have been bricked up.
