North east aspect. Church built of flint, ashlar (squared white blocks of limestone or sandstone) and carstone (a dark brown, iron-rich, sandstone found in north west Norfolk). West tower of 1695 built of brick. The roof coverings are black glazed pantiles. (Photo Apr 2007).
