Hatchment to John Blofeld d1805 aet 79. His wife Sarah nee Blofeld was alive at the time: the right hand half of the hatchment has a white border. It is unusual to have an identical crest inescutcheon inside another (little shield inside big), but they were cousins. (Photo Apr 2007).
