C18. Flint (Quaternary) with red brick dressings. Steep pantile roof with coped gable ends. Paired eaves brackets. Two storeys and attic. Five windows. Sashes with glazing bars in segmental headed openings. Centre projecting bay of sashes with curved sides and cornice complete with glazing bars. Ground floor large modern roughcast porch, ground floor windows blocked, with the exception of one sash with glazing bars. Three dormers, two small with flat roofs. On right three-light splayed bay dormer with sashes with glazing bars. On north end a good two-storeyed projecting bay with slated roof, three sashes with glazing bars to each floor, the side sashes are curved. Later brick chimney stack. Victorian brick building adjoining south.
