House, now offices, with area railings. c1800,
restored/rebuilt late C20. Possibly by John Cordingley. Red
brick, slate roof, wrought-iron railings. 3 storeys with added
tile-hung 4th floor, 3 windows wide. Pilastered doorway on
right with pediment and fanlight. Sash windows in flush wood
moulded frames, stone sills and wedge lintels.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Spearhead finials to railings.
Part of a row of houses built by 1806.
