House, now offices, with area railings. Late C19 remodelling
of a house built c1806-15. Red brick, diaper patterned to top
storey, stone and stucco window frames and surrounds, slate
roof wrought-iron railings. 4 storeys and basement, 2 bays.
Entrance right with Tuscan columns to porch with triglyph
frieze and modillion cornice, balustrade over; the same motifs
to large canted bay window left. Pilasters and pediments to
upper-floor windows, those to 3rd floor rise above eaves. End
stacks.
INTERIOR: reputed to retain original features including
archway in hall and rooms with panelled walls and cornices.
Fleur-de-lis finials to railings.
