Town house and probably in part warehouse, now with No.16 west
wing (qv), an office. The frontage C18 or earlier, altered.
Lined render; grey slate roof with gable to street. Replaced
camber-headed cart archway, east; altered entrance to office,
west, has 6 steps up to brick barrel-vaulted hall. Second
storey floorband; 2 replaced 3-light small-paned casements;
third storey floorband; a replaced 3-light small-paned
casement in the gable. The second and third storeys have
rendered banded quoins to south-east corner; simple flush
verge; a cast-iron rainwater pipe and head at each end; that
to east is dated 1840. INTERIOR and rear altered.
