House now offices. Early to mid C19. Brick in Flemish bond.
Roof parapeted.
2 storeys and attic over basement. 3-window range. Up steps to
entrance set in centre of elevation, flanked by a pair of
windows. All ground-floor and centre window on 1st floor are
round-arched. Bricks to jambs and arches of ground-floor
openings are treated as rusticated masonry, voussoirs and
keystones; architraves with keyed lintels to to all
upper-floor windows. First-floor windows in 1st- and
3rd-window ranges have eared and shouldered architraves; eared
architraves only to attic windows. Brick corner quoin strips.
Storey band between ground and 1st floors, sill band to attic
windows. Modillion cornice to parapet. Stacks to end walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: railings to stairs and area.
