Warehouse, c1865-70. Stock brick with hipped slate roof behind
coped parapet.
5 storeys, 3 bays. Street elevation has central ground-floor
waggon entrance with hatch rank above, flanked by gauged
brick, segmental-arched windows on all but ground floors.
Similar riverside elevation but with left hand windows
blocked. Wall mounted lattice-jibbed crane on 2nd floor.
Circular tie-rod plates to both elevations.
INTERIOR: has timber floors and posts. Most windows boarded up
at time of survey.
