The Hermitage

Cottage. Early C19. Rendered; pitched slate roof has deeply
overhanging eaves supported on rustic timber posts to form
verandah to front; gable over centre. T-plan with round ended
arm with chimney at extreme tip, to rear.
1 storey, basement and attic; 4 windows with lower, set back
wings extending from gabled returns. Door to right hand end of
main block. Casement windows with leaded lights.
