Pair of semi-detached houses, 1824. Brick with stucco basement
and dressings, stone cornice and blocking course.
3 storeys and basement, 3 bays each. Steps up to stucco
porches, coupled in centre of block. Flat, gauged-brick arches
to sash windows with glazing bars, those to ground floor
longer, within round-arched recesses with moulded stucco
impost blocks. 1st-floor stucco sill band.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
