GV II

Cart shed. Probably later C18. Red brick with single-pitched
graduated slate roof. Rectangular 7-bay plan on east-west
axis, closing the south side of the farmyard and linked to the
south ends of the barns on each side. Square brick piers. Roof
trusses with tie beams made of reused floor beams (possibly
from portions of Meols Hall, qv taken down in C18).
