Villa, subsequently office, now restored as private dwelling.
Probably c1827; altered. White painted render, hipped slate
roof. "Regency" Tudor style. Double-depth double-fronted plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys: 2-window range. Central doorway with
panelled pilaster architrave including frieze with Adam-style
swag, panelled and glazed door, flanked by projected canted
bay windows which have tall Tudor-arched lights with
horizontal glazing bars, all these openings now linked by a
moulded cornice carried across. Square 3-light windows at
first floor also with Tudor-arched lights (and now flanked by
fixed shutters). Side-wall chimneys; service doorway to left,
C20 extruded inglenook to right.
