Terraced houses. c1820. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
4 storeys over basement, one-window range. Ground-floor
decorated with banded rustication. Flat-arched entrance in
outer bay with overlight, framed by pilasters and cornice; all
windows flat-arched and tripartite; segmental bay to ground,
first and second floors, the first floor having a bracketed
balcony with cast-iron railings and French windows to bays;
cornice to second floor; sashes of original design to ground
and second floors on both houses; secondary cornice; blocking
course.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area
with conical finials.
