Detached house. c1840. Stucco, roof of slate. 2 storeys,
3-window range, double-fronted. Chamfered quoins to corners.
Round-arched entrance with fanlight flanked by pilasters and
pediment, possibly replacements; all windows flat-arched;
canted bays to either side with concave canopies and cornice;
first-floor windows have sashes of original design; bracketed
and panelled eaves; hipped roof; side stacks. Return to
Clifton Road with one-window range.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Stuccoed garden walls with square
corniced piers.
