Terraced houses. c1840. Stucco, roof of tiles. 3 storeys,
2-window range. The houses form a pair. Ground floor decorated
with chamfered rustication; flat-arched entrance with
overlight in outer bay; canted bay to first floor; balcony
having cast-iron railings and concave awning; sashes of
original design to second floor; blocked eaves; hipped roof
with central stack.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Stucco walls to front with square
rusticated corniced gate piers.
