Detached house. c1840. Stucco, roof of slate.
2 storeys over basement, 3-window range, double-fronted. Steps
up to flat-arched porch framed by pilasters with stepped
capitals and entablature; flat-arched entrance and overlight;
canted bays to either side to basement and ground floor, the
windows divided by pilasters with stepped capitals; storey
band; chamfered quoins; bracketed eaves; hipped roof; side
stack. The return to Clifton Hill has a full-height segmental
bay, the ground- and first-floor windows divided by pilasters
with stepped capitals.
