Terraced houses. c1840. Stucco, roofs of slate.
2 storeys over basement, one-window range. Nos 10 and 13 have
entrance in return, flat-arched and framed by pilasters and
entablature; Nos 11-12 have flat-arched entrance with
overlight. All windows flat-arched and tripartite; continuous
verandah to ground floor carried over basement on columns with
stepped capitals, cast-iron railings and concave canopy;
storey band; console brackets to eaves cornice; hipped roof;
stacks to party walls. No.13 has segmental bay to 1st floor on
return.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Cast-iron railings to steps; stucco garden walls with moulded
coping and square corniced gate piers.
