Terraced house. c1825. Probably designed by Amon Wilds and
Charles Augustin Busby. Stucco. Roof of slate.
3 storeys and dormer over basement. 2-window range.
Flat-arched entrance with overlight, floating cornice above;
to side a full-height segmental bay; tripartite windows with
sashes of original design. All windows flat-arched. To either
side of the bay, rising through first and second floors is a
fluted Ionic pilaster. To the left of the bay and over the
entrance is one window to each floor; these have projecting
sills and a floating cornice supported by a pair of console
brackets. First-floor balcony to bay only; cast-iron railings
in the Gothic Revival style. The entablature and parapet are
much altered. 2 flat-arched dormers. Stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stairs and area.
