Corner house of terrace. c1842. Built at the same time as Nos
2-8 Prince Albert Street (qv). Stucco. Roof parapeted.
4 storeys over basement. 3-window range with a 2-window range
return. Curved corner, rebated for sign. Ground-floor restored
along with Nos 2-8 to a C19 design. Storey bands between all
floors. All windows with architraves and projecting sills. All
openings flat arched. A pair of 2-storey, canted bays with
triple windows to return. Entablature with projecting cornice
to third floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
The building, which has been thrown together with No.2 on its
upper floors, is included for its group value.
