Terraced house. c1825. By Amon Wilds and Charles Augustus
Busby. Stucco, with brick in Flemish bond painted to second
floor. Roof of tile.
3 storeys over basement. One window-range. Round-arched entry
with fanlight, door of original design. Ground floor has
banded rustication, becoming voussoirs over entry and in
camber-arched window. Segmental bay with balcony and cast-iron
railing to first floor; tripartite, flat-arched windows, with
sashes of central windows to original design; The bay has a
projecting cornice. Second floor has a camber-arched window,
with a gauged brick lintel. Entablature below eaves. One
flat-arched dormer to roof. Stacks to party wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron spear-headed railings to
stairs and area.
