Terraced houses. c1845. Stucco. Roofs of Nos 23 and 24 of
slate, No.25 of tile, and No.26 obscured by blocking course.
3 storeys over half basement, Nos 23 and 25 with dormers. Nos
23-25 have 2 windows each; No.26 has a 3-window range. Each
has steps up to flat-arched entry with overlight. Ground
floors of Nos 23 and 26 have banded, chamfered rustication.
Elevation of each treated as full-height and nearly full-width
segmental bay, all windows flat arched. Some sashes of
original design. Entablature and blocking course above.
Flat-arched dormer in Nos 23-25. No.26 is wider than the rest
having a carriage-way in a third-window range. First-floor
balcony with cast-iron railings to No.26. First-floor windows
of No.25 have cast-iron railings. Railings to stairs and area.
Stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
No.15, Nos 17-18 and 20-26 (qv) form a group.
