Villa. Mid C19 with later additions and alterations including
late C20 restorations. Pinkish-brown brick with unpainted
stucco front facade scored in imitation of ashlar, and Welsh
slate roof.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor: 6/6 sashes in
plain reveals and with sills. Ground floor: steps to
off-centre left entrance a 4-panel, part-glazed door with
3-pane overlight in tooled architrave with frieze and cornice.
10-pane French windows with divided overlights in plain
reveals with tooled architrave, frieze and cornice. Hipped
roof, off-centre ridge and end stacks with cornices.
INTERIOR: noted as retaining original plasterwork and joinery
including shutters to ground-floor windows.
Part of a group with Nos 7 and 9 Leam Terrace (qqv).
