GV II

House. Mid to late C18 with later alterations. Brick on blue
lias plinth re-faced with pebbledash; gabled old tile roof
with brick end stacks. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Plat band and top dentil
brick cornice. Entrance to left of centre has architrave and
enriched brackets to canopy over 6-panel door (2 panels
glazed). Ground-floor windows have sashes with thick glazing
bars: 6/6 sash to left and 8/8 sash with inserted top-hung
light to right, both in flush wood frames; first floor has
windows with 2-light small-paned casements.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
