House, now 2 houses. C17, with C19 re-fronting and rear
outshut. Pinkish-orange brick to ends, pinkish-brown brick to
front facade in stretcher bond, with small timber-framing to
right gable end and plain-tile roof. 3-unit, lobby-entrance
plan.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with attics, 4-window range. Ground
floor: off-centre entrances, part-glazed and plank doors under
gabled hoods with decorative bargeboards. Ground floor has 3
casement windows under cambered arches and with moulded brick
hoodmoulds. Gabled roof with 4 gabled dormers fitted with
casement windows, and with decorative bargeboards. Clustered
off-centre ridge stack and rear left stack.
INTERIOR: ground floor has chamfered beams, that to right with
ogee stop. Remains of timbering to left. Staircase to side of
stack. To centre an inglenook fireplace with chamfered
bressumer beam, studding to left wall.
