Public House. C16 with C17 wing and C19 encasing.
Close-studded timber-frame with plastered infill;
square-framed C17 wing, and painted brick casing and
additions; old tile roofs with brick end and lateral stacks.
Complex plan, 2-unit plus double-gabled cross wing, extended
and altered in C19.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. C19 pierced bargeboards.
Windows have renewed C20 casements; bay window and centre-hung
sash with glazing bars to both ground and first floors. Top
modillioned brick cornice to C19 single-storey extension to
right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
