Pair of houses, now cafe. c1820. Brick laid to Flemish bond;
gabled roof with repaired tiles and brick end stack to front
of ridge and similar rebuilt stack. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic; 2-window range. Top dentilled
brick cornice with wide dentils. 2 segmental-headed entrances,
that to left of centre blocked with inserted 2-light
small-paned casement; that to right end with C20 plank door.
Ground floor has segmental-headed windows to left of entrances
with 3-light small-paned casements with iron opening
casements; first floor has 2 segmental-headed windows with
renewed 3-light casements. 2 C20 high gabled roof dormers with
2-light small-paned casements. Ground floor has C20 window
awnings and wrought-iron bracket with sign.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
