House. C17 with later alterations; C18 addition to right end,
C19 addition to left end. Timber-frame refronted in painted
brick; gabled roof with renewed tiles and brick stack to rear
of ridge. 2-unit plan with single-unit addition to right and
gabled range to left return.
EXTERIOR: one storey and attic. Top dentilled brick cornice.
Entrance with C20 half-glazed door between 2 bay windows with
3-light leaded glazing, all under tiled pentice; window with
C20 small-paned casement to right; attic has 2 gabled dormers.
Returns have exposed roof trusses with tie beams, collars and
diagonal struts, the right return with window with small-paned
glazing.
Gable end of return range has segmental-headed window with
3-light small-paned casement.
INTERIOR: noted as having chamfered beams and joists;
fireplace with bressumer.
