Pair of houses, now one. Late C18 with C19 and C20 alterations
and additions. Brick laid to Flemish bond; gabled old tile
roof with large brick stack to rear of ridge and projecting
end stack. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Plat band over ground
floor and top dentilled brick cornice. Segmental-headed
entrance to right of centre with stop-chamfered frame to C20
battened door; C20 garage entrance to left end; blocked
entrance to right end. Ground floor has segmental-headed
window with 3-light casement to left, and canted bay window
with frieze and cornice to right of entrance. First floor has
3 windows with one 3-light and two 2-light C20 casements. Rear
has 2-storey flat-roof wing.
