House, now 3 dwellings and shop. C17 with later alterations
and additions. Timber-frame with colourwashed render or
roughcast facing and some brick; partly repaired gabled old
tile roof with 2 brick rear stacks. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Paired entrances to left
of centre (No.65 and No.67) have architraves to C20 plank
doors and flanking windows with 8/8 sashes; entrance to right
end (No.69) has C19 6-panel door with stop-chamfered surround
and canted bay window with 10/10 sash with thick glazing bars
flanked by small-paned glazing, all under hipped pentice.
First floor has central window with 2-light small-paned
casement with iron opening casement; small window to left has
2-light casement and gablet above; first floor to right has
similar gablet, some exposed timber-framing and battens for
roughcast; no window frame (formerly with a small-paned
casement).
Left return has brick wall with tiled off-set, wall stud to
left and exposed roof truss; gabled rear wings.
