House. C18 with later alterations. Painted brick; gabled tile
roof with brick rear stacks. 2-unit plan to street.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys plus attic; 2-window range. Plat band over
ground floor and top dentilled brick cornice. Segmental-headed
entrance to left of centre has half-glazed door in moulded
surround; lean-to canopy on timber posts. Ground floor has
canted bay windows with cornices over small-paned glazing with
iron opening lights; first floor has 2 segmental-headed
windows with small-paned casements; 2 gablets have
segmental-headed windows with 2-light small-paned casements.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
