House. C17 or C18 with later alterations. Brick or
timber-frame with stucco fronting; gabled old tile roof with
brick end stack to front of ridge. Single-unit plan to street.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; single-window range. Entrance to left of
centre has moulded frame and bracketed canopy to C20 door;
vertical panel to right has painted cherubs and grapes.
Shallow bay window to right has flat roof over small-paned
glazing. First floor has window with 3-light small-paned
casement with iron opening casement. Wrought-iron fixture on
wall for sign or through tie.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
