House, now 2 houses. C16, re-faced in C18. Timber-frame with
painted brick refronting; steeply pitched renewed tile roof
with brick stack to rear. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 3-window range. Brick plat band over
ground floor; plain cornice. Entrances to left of centre
(No.187) and to right end have moulded doorcases with
bracketed canopies, that to left with 6-flush-panel door (2
panels glazed) and flanking windows with sills to C20
casements; that to right with 4-panel door and bay window to
left with flat roof over C20 small-paned glazing. First floor
has 3 windows with 2-light casements, 2 to left with C20
casements, that to right with sill and iron opening casement.
Rear has exposed timber-framing and gabled wing with wide
cross-axial stack with gathered-in sides.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
