QUINTON

House. Early C18 with C19 rear wing. Brick with timber-frame
and rendered front; tile roof with brick end stacks and
cross-axial stack. 3-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 1st floor has thinner wall, probably timber-frame.
Entrance to right of centre has plank door. Windows have
2-light small-paned horizontally sliding sashes. Rear has some
exposed timber framing with brick infill to 1st floor; large
C19 brick wing with C20 lean-to outshut.
INTERIOR: noted as having beams and large fireplace with
timber surround and cornice.
