The Farmhouse on the Green

II

Former farmhouse, now house. Early-mid C18 with later
addition. Brick on dressed stone plinth with some ashlar and
rubble; tile roof with brick end stacks and ashlar stack to
rear. 2-unit plan with single-unit addition to right end.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 4-window range. Stone plinth to original
house. Entrance to original right end has C20 gabled porch.
Ground floor has 3 segmental-headed windows with C20 3-light
casements; 1st floor has C20 3-light casements and one 2-light
casement over entrance. Left return is ashlar with
weatherboarded gable. Rear has catslide outshut incorporating
external lateral stack. Some rubble masonry to right return.
