House and office. Late C18 with C19 alterations. Painted
roughcast render. Plain-tile roof with cogged brick eaves.
Integral brick stack at each gable end. Rectangular plan
parallel to street.
EXTERIOR: street front is a 2-storey, 3-window range of 6/6
first-floor sashes. 8/1 sash at ground level with inserted
shop front to left with pilasters and bracketed fascia with
cornice, central doorcase with bracketed pilasters and simple
entablature and with radial fanlight, C20 glazed door. Left
gable end is smooth rendered; 2-light attic casement.
