Dovecote 100 metres south-west of Court of Hill
(Formerly Listed as: Garden House or dovecot and portico at Court of Hill)

Dovecote. Dated 1767 on weather-vane. Brick with moulded
brick-capped rubble plinth, brick band at high level.
Octagonal plan. Plain-tile roof, surmounted by open-arched
lantern with lead cupola. Plain boarded door in
half-round-headed frame and semicircular arched brick lintel.
No windows.
INTERIOR: potence still in position together with inserted
timber nesting boxes.
