Small farmhouse, now house. Probably early C18; slightly
enlarged, and altered. Cream-painted random rubble with large
quoins, green slate roof (stone slate to outshut).
Single-depth 2-unit plan plus a lean-to porch-cum-outhouse
added to the centre and right-hand half of the front.
2 storeys and 2 windows. The lean-to porch, covering a doorway
offset right of centre, has a doorway in its left side and a
small square 4-pane fixed window in the front wall. Left of
the porch the ground floor has a small square 2-light casement
and a 1-light fire-window to the left of that (both with
renewed joinery). The 1st floor has 2 widely-separated small
square 2-light casements. The left gable has a large square
corbelled chimney. Rear has through-stones, and a small window
at 1st floor. Right-hand gable wall has 2 courses of prominent
through-stones, a small rubble lean-to outbuilding at ground
floor and a small window to the left.
INTERIOR: 2 large lateral beams in housepart to left;
staircase mounting from rear left corner.
