GV II

2 weavers' houses, now house. Late C18 with C20 extensions to
left and rear. Narrow coursed millstone grit with tooled
ashlar dressings, stone slate roof and 2 stone end stacks, one
with C20 twisted brick shaft.
EXTERIOR: 3 storey. Street front has 2 windows. 2 central
doorways both with flush ashlar surrounds that to left
broader. Either side single 3-light mullion windows with
casements and flat hoods, above 2 similar windows and above
again 2 further 3-light mullion windows with lintels at eaves
level.
Right return has very small C20 inserted window and former
taking-in door at second floor level now altered to a window.
Left return has salvaged C19 architectural ornament added,
including eagle on cornice with terracotta egg and tongue
ornament, and classical stone head.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
